Questions and Answers

We had had various questions submitted regarding this tender.  In the interests of fairness, the questions and answers are listed below:

1. What is the expectation of an engagement with an advisor. Is it 1 (advisor) to 1 client or 1 advisor to many (a group of clients)

Answer: The engagement with an advisor could either be on a one to one or one to many basis. The purpose of this expectation is to ensure potential clients are identified who have genuine potential to start a business who Delivery Partners can support.

2. How long should the ‘engagement’/meeting last?

Answer: There is no minimum and maximum requirement for this.

3. Within the document You have outlined the following :

“As part of our strategy we have two other additional channels – increased social media presence (channel 3) and increased PR activity (channel 4). This will be supplemented by the production of specific marketing materials, which will form the basis of a separate tender.”

My question – Have channel 3 and channel 4 already been allocated and are these are going to be supplemented by a separate tender for marketing materials OR Is it channel 3, channel 4 and marketing materials that will form the basis of a separate tender.

Answer:

It is envisaged channel 3 will be delivered in house though in coordination with the chosen supplier for this tender and for channel 4.  The marketing materials will also form a separate tender.  In summary there will be three tenders:

1) This tender

2) A tender for PR activities

3) A tender for marketing materials
